Thank you for your e-mail.
Please check about your invitation letter from your company in China.

1.Business(M) visa is issuewd for the workers who are working in oversea 
company(Japan).
For the application of M visa:please attach the certificate of your 
company in Japan+Invitation letter from Chinese company.
The standard forms for the new lules after 2015 iare dounloadable from the 
website my company.
Double entry visa for each stay for 90 days is only for business(M) visa.
For the applicants of double entry visa have to get and arrange the 
invitation letter and the certificate of the company in Japan  indicated 
the dates of entries and departure to and from Chine for 2 stays.

2.Working(Z)visa is issued for the worker in Chinese company.
For the application of Z visa: please arrange 1.Working permit+Invitation 
letter issued by Chinese city government.

Please check to your company in China about the kind of your visa.
Now short working(Z2) visa is issued by the "invitation letter of duly 
authorized unit" and "Short working permit"
For Z2 visa application" Invitation letter from your company in China" is 
not valid.
Can you come to my office by 17:30 today?
Or tommorow 15:00-16:00
