I checked my account at ICBC, your reservation fee 580 euro arrived there today.  There is 0.3 euro more. It could be the interest. So the flat is ready for you now.

Few days before your flight, you may send me an email to make an appointment to meet you at the flat. The flat address in details is App. 1003, Building 2, No. 1278, Huaxia Erlu, Chuansha, Pudong, Shanghai/上海浦东川沙华夏二路1278弄东锦苑小区2号楼1003室. When you arrive at the Pudong airport, you may show the above Chinese words to a taxi driver. Then he will know where he should take you go. The taxi fee is about 50-60RMB/8 euros. Remember to ask the receipt from the taxi driver. You might get the refund from your company later.  

You may also show me your office address, then I can help you check the online map to figure out the route from the flat to your office by the public transport system.

Good afternoon
I have applied your visa today in the morning.
But Chinese consulate called to me just just 30 minutes ago.
"Your application for staying 90 days x 2 times is not accepted"
If you agree Chinese consulate accepts the visa for staying 30 days 
single entry without any other document or invitation letter.
I asked to Chinese consulate that what kind of invitation letter is 
valid for 90 days stay.
But Chinese consulate says that for students internship 30 days stay in 
single entry is the maximum.

Please inform to me by tommorow morning 09:30

Hello mr Hattori

My internship will be not a student internship, as I will quit my school 
on 6 of november, and I'm not attending to any other school or 
university.

We could say it to the consulate, maybe could be ok. This is an 
internship with a future opportunity of long term employment, it has no 
relation with study or student.

Today I have explained to Chinese consulate about your finish of your 
study in Japan.
But Chinese consular of visa section said that internship visa is only for 
30 days in single entry.
And I checked that your single entry visa for 30 days stay  will be 
granted on 30 Oct.
Can you come to my office at 11:00 on 30 Nov.?

Ok no problem, I will apply for the extension when I am in Shangai.

On 30 of october I finish my school at 12.30, I could come after 12.30 if is 
ok for you.
